Nishant Deshmukh presented at ALD 2023 in Seattle, WA on his work to fully bottom-up fabricate low resistance contacts to semiconductor devices. His presentation was titled “Dopant-selective Choreography of Metal Deposition for Bottom-up Nanoelectronics”.
