A custom-designed ALD/CVD system for processing powders is being installed at the Georgia Tech Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology. This system is supported by an NSF MRI grant, and will allow, among many things, the growth of semiconductor nanowire materials and devices at previously unattainable manufacturing scales.
